Holistic health & wellness has been a lifelong passion of mine. Diagnosed with PCOS at age 15, I started delving into the concept of food and movement as medicine. As a Functional Nutritionist, my work is a holistic approach to nutrition that focuses on addressing the root causes of health issues rather than just treating symptoms. It recognizes the interconnectedness of various bodily systems and emphasizes the importance of individualized, whole-food-based dietary plans to support optimal health and well-being. When applied to women's health, functional nutrition takes into account the unique physiological and hormonal fluctuations that women experience throughout their lives, from puberty to menopause and beyond.

Julia has an exceptional way of making honesty feel safe. My goal of working with her was to improve nutrition, lose a few pounds and regulate my hormones (all of which have seemed more complicated in my 30's!)
